The house and the pond are really nice, but I would have gone for a wide panoramic here by cutting off the top of the photograph. It becomes overly white with those clouds. Little to see there.
But the foreground up to the house is very nice!

The reds of the clouds in the sky with the yellow of the flowers combine wonderfully with the blue sky. A very nice view here of a wonderfully peaceful place!

The black and white conversion is very pleasant! I do like the shadow parts and the clouds above. A nice contrast as well, though I generally make it a bit more harsh. But that is a personal taste.

I've been comparing the horizontal one with the workshop and I'm not sure which one appeals the most to me. This one gives a bit more of a real view. The workshop is nice because of the light hitting the top! Time for a fisheye lense I'd say to combine the both ;-).

I do really like the tones in the sky and the composition. But the grey foreground is a bit too grey and could have been more contrasted - also to make the sky more contrasting towards the foreground.
