Great willperrett 2016-04-25 14:39

Hello Andrew

I'm sure there is a story here, though sadly not one featuring M. Hulot I think: he's too short and pipeless! Your title is perfect, the choice of b/w timeless, the scene certainly could be from the '50's. Lovely shot.

PS thanks for the "real" EXIF data!

Default To willperrett: Exif

Hi Will and thanks.
What gets me, apart from how long this problem has existed, is that if you look at a photo from a couple of years ago, and click on 'More photo info: View', the exif info box pops up as it always did! One wonders how on earth somebody managed to stuff this up. What were they doing?
The failure to fix this is the bane of TE, rendering it unfit for use by enthusiastic and/or discriminating photographers; yet we continue with it, compensating by typing out our own info for the benefit of other members. I've written personally to Joel about it, but there seems to be a complete blind spot about this bug. I might try again, but not with much hope.
