Good kikvel 2008-07-07 9:41

hi again

first, is possible to highligght the picture by adding a white frame of more or less 40 pixels on each side,

you can easily do this with photoshop

the contrast in this case could have been set higher, colors seem a bit washed out

if your main interest was to show the eyes, it would have worked better a "landscape orientation" here, as the top of the construction is distracting the gaze painted of the Budda,

I mean, it would have worked better to omit the top

Default To kikvel: photoshop is not necessary

in order t change settings with the camera, you can achieve better results,

but you should consider to acquire a basic program in order to resize, and modify a few things, I am not fond of altering a picture much, 99% of the job should be done only with the camera,
search for "GIMP" which is a freeware, very nice to use and you can do a lot with it,
it is a "free photoshop"
you can download it for free, and learn to use it
