Photographer's Note

Angkor Thom was the last and most enduring capital city of the Khmer empire. It was established in the late twelfth century by king Jayavarman VII with its 54 towers and 216 faces of Avalokiteshvara. Some theory believe they're king Jayavarman VII's faces; represent these face to protect and look after his kingdom. You can see the face anywhere you go around this place.
