South tower is the building where work "National Pensions Office" employees. The National Office Pensions is in charge to calculate and to pay all the retirement of Belgium. The money comes from people in activity. An employee must pour 7.50% of his wages (retained with the source) and the employer must pay 8.86% more of these wages to finance the pensions (or retirements).
With 150 m. it is Brussels's tallest building... and my second shot for Scavenger Hunt.
