Photographer's Note

Just returned from a short trip to the Lake District. In one of the parks in Ambleside, on the shore of Windermere we came across this.
The first verse of the poem 'Daffodils' by William Wordsworth, who is buried about 4 miles from here and spent much of his life in the area, is
"I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze."

The image is as produced, totally uncropped and with minimal sharpening.
