Photographer's Note

One of those moments where I wish I had an SLR camera, or at least a really good advanced compact (I have an advanced compact, but it is not spectacular). The sky was showing an amazing, soft transition between the end of the day and the beginning of the night, and the moon gave that added touch. As it is, I could not get the focus or colours that I really wanted, but I think that it still made for a nice enough scene. My sister was with me, and she has a digital SLR, but I don't know how her photos turned out...

I don't remember exactly where we were, but I think that it was close to Orangeville, so I have said that. We went for a nice family drive, and made it up to Collingwood and were on the way back to Burlington via the backroads, when I turned left onto this road, and just had to pull over and try to get a nice photo or two...

As I have been doing lately I have put a couple of other photos from the same place in the workshop. Have I chosen the best one? I like the silos which appear in one of the others, but overall I thought that this made for the nicest. But see the workshop posts, and tell me if you think that either of them actually make for a better photo.
