Photographer's Note

This is the view from the Dockside 29 Hotel room window at Telegraph Cove. This is a very beautiful little cove located in the northern section of Vancouver Island.
Harrowsmith Magazine rated this town to be one of the top ten places to live in Canada. Many of these old buildings on the other side of the cove were built in the early 1900's when the lumber and fishing industry was booming. In the late 1970's the town made a transition into a tourist attraction offering whale watching, kayaking, and bear watching to name a few.
I have my own reasons for adventure in visiting this place. But to start I thought it good to start with a real framed window photo from room # 5 on the eastern side of the cove. Enjoy!
