Photographer's Note
A shot of a CN (Canadian National) train as it snakes through the awe inspiring Fraser Canyon.
I hope you like the shot,
- Dan

As mentioned in critiques on the original shot, the image looked 'flat' I too noticed it once it was uploaded. In this repost, I have increased the contrast using levels and curves in Photoshop CS3.
I too dislike having to add watermarks to my images, however I have been a victim of copyright theft already and I don't plan on making it easy for anyone attempting to do so again. I take great time and effort in placing my watermarks in places where (generally) they do not distract from the image. I'm well aware that it does not ADD to the quality of the photo, so please don't bother mentioning as I've heard it all before anyways.

Hi Dan,
Personally I prefer the original version because it showed better on my screen. This repost seem lighter with the sloped below the tunnels a bit overexposed. Anyway that could just be the lack of properly calibrated screens on my side. This place seem beautiful. I am always amazed at the views of BC because it seem like a completely different country. The train here is a strong focal point and its colourful cargo add good contrast to the white cliffs. Thanks Dan.

Hi Dan,
This is amazing - a perfect rendition that shows the unbelievable terrain and has to make the world wonder how these rails could be "hung" in the steep an treacherous places. I really like how you caught the train and how it actually disappear behind rocks mid frame. Well done and TFs. Gerald

Hello Daniel. This certainly is a long snake here and a real heavy one too. The image is very well presented in this perspective. Nice one here.
Thanks for your comments on the watermark and I really like the sneaky way you have installed this one. Good work and thanks for sharing!

Hello Daniel!
That's a very attractive and truly interesting and beautiful picture!
The vertical format was perfect for this one! The viewpoint was really priviledged and then you composed the image very nicely with the winding river and railway!
Great sharpness, exposure and colors!
TFS - Congratulations!
Best regards,
Neyvan
