Photographer's Note

After the boat launch area, I headed to the hill where we used to take our picnic lunches whenever we went to Moraine State Park. As I started walking towards the lake, I heard whooshes of slow wings, and thought a big bird was taking off. Lo an behold, there was this pelican slowly gaining altitude. He must have thought I was getting too close, with all this talk about social distancing. I hope he chose a location with ILS to land in this fog.

There's a Lake over There, Somewhere!: The overall view of the picnic area where I saw the pelican. Yes, those bushes are right at the lakeshore.

Sosyal Mesafesini Koruyor

Tekne indirme alanından sonra, Moraine Eyalet Parkı'na gittiğimizde piknik ğle yemeğimizi g飆rdğmz tepeye y霵eldim. G闤e doğru yrmeye başladığımda yavaş kanatların seslerini duydum ve byk bir kuşun u蔂aya başladığını dşndm. İşte, yavaş yavaş irtifa kazanan bu pelikan vardı. Sosyal mesafeyle ilgili btn konuşmalardan sonra 蔞k yaklaştığımı dşnmş olmalı. Umarım bu siste inmek i蓾n ILSli bir yer se蔂iştir.
