Photographer's Note

I visited Australia at the end of last year. Our arrival day was Christmas day. After we settled down in our hotel in Sydney, we walked to the Rocks, one of the most famous shopping and fine dining areas in Sydney. It is always crowded during early evening hours there.
To our advantage, all shops were closed on Christmas day. I enjoyed the privilege of being one of the very few people on the street that day during the regularly busy hour. Here is one of the window shopping pictures I took while I was strolling down the street. I did not use flash. I used a wall to help stabilize the camera.
Please see this page for the Rocks.
