Photographer's Note

Here you can see the same pasture I presented in the last post, this time it was transformed by the effects of a frost. The lowest temperature last winter was minus 1,5 Celsius.
Pay attention and you will be able to notice there are two especies of grass in this pasture, the one completely destroyed was an African one, the more resistant was a native one. Some plagues of pasture are resistant to the frost and the native trees you can see ahead are prepared to face light frosts.
Cows in northern-Paran live their lives in open air and they have to face some terrible days of cold, frost and famine during the hardest winters.
Anyway northern-Paran is a climatic borderline and in few days the low temperatures are gone, but they can go back fast.

Vemos aqui a mesma pastagem que mostrei na foto anterior, dessa vez transformada pela geada. A temperatura mais baixa no ano passado foi de 1,5 negativo.
Prestem aten誽o e ser緌 capazes de ver dois tipos de grama e capim, aquele mais destru獮o uma esp嶰ie africada e o mais resistente uma esp嶰ie nativa. O mato e as 嫫vores nativas s緌 um pouco mais resistentes ao gelo.
O gado no norte do PR vive no campo aberto e durante os invernos mais dif獳eis tem que enfrentar geadas, frio e fome, mas como aqui uma fronteira clim嫢ica, tudo pode mudar em poucos dias.
