Intro: Hi folks,
I am a Unix (Linux) System Admin for years. My main interests (believe OR not) actually are two; UNIX and Photography.

I am an amateur photographer since 1990 and I believe have become advanced amateur now after bought a D-SLR.
I liked photography every time.
But I think to become a good photographer needs too much free time ,so it means somehow extra money and I cannot afford getting rid of Unix totally that in my life :-) It is not easy way to go ahead while working with another job. But I am doing as much as I can.

It is good to be in TE with you and your good photos all around the world sometime from known places known faces that they are very good little surprises, and after all photography is a good recreational activity all people at any age,isn't it? I am also a member of;

I recommend imaging resource Web site, they have Photo of the Day Contest every day, and at the end of month
they will give a prize first three winners, also they have good reviews about cameras and lenses and softwares.
I found photos slightly attractive there and joined many times to contest.
