Dear, Rimjhim I have seen many of your photograph of Arunachal before evoke a couple of latent, hidden, or unexpressed material except this one. This is very poor quality photography and I could barely make out through the obscured one . I think if you try to change the camera mode of shutter speed then slight different might be come out. One thing I want to know what is the relation between Automobile License plate and " The Boot " memorial about the intention to celebrate or honor the memory of an event, but only by making a replica of an automobile accessory .
