Hi Paul Have not been down to Whakatane yet but sure will one day. The backlighting is gorgeous with the boats positioned well in the composition. Beautiful reflections to finish the scene very well. Can't believe Summer is over although the weather has been gorgeous and I hear it will be this weekend so maybe Ill go up to Hokianga Harbour for myself. Cheers Jim

Hello Tony Well I have moved from out west near to Port/Parnell, and have these new view pretty much on my doorstep. Great shot of Auckland's youngest Volcano. I have seen it also at sunrise and sunset but it's a hard capture to get right. You have done a decent job here. Hope all is well. Regards Jim

Its a beauty alright, the wharf is lit up beautifully, works very well against the moody sky. Lovely tones and top notch exposures, maybe a longer shutter to make that water look silkier but the early mornings are the best time for taking photos even if the light was not sunny etc. Well done Jude Jim

Hello Barbara A superb urban, environmental portrait scene if that is the right phrase for this capture. I love the neutral tones, however this is simple and effective. Never been to Paris, bu I see this can be a city for fantastic shots like this presented. Regards Jim

Hey Adrian I have the same POV as your capture of budapest, thing is my weather was grey and horrible. Wonderful colours, however you know that the focus is way out here which lets this capture down. Them cloud formations are awesome and the im intrigued by that helicopter in the top left?!?!? Jim

Hi Pablo Still winter your way.. for sure Autumn here still feels like summer.. maybe even better. Crisp capture with wonder clean whites in the snow. The trees surely look bare but the red roof tops add impact to the image. Well done Regards Jim
