Nice point of view ! Indeed, to have try it, it's not so simple to have a good composition on the Concorde's Place because of peoples, cars,... unfortunately, we can see the odd color of the night sky of Paris (and of some others great town I suppose).

I think that there is too much water in your composition. Often, the horizon should not be in the medium of the composition. But otherwise, I like much the environment given by the sky.
