Perfect lighting on his face, black and white is a good choice, even if the subject is in the middle of the photo, the eyes are in third part of image, which makes the composition good:)

It's interesting shot to show how traditions are alive in a country. I can imagine you had to use flash because of lake of light then we have too much light in front but still this shot is very interesting, thanks

One small correction - it is Ivan the Great bell tower. Named after Byzantine saint Ioannes (Ἰωάννης τῆς Κλίμακος). And it was built before the Peter the Great rule.
Nica shot but I would make some perspective corrections.

Very nice scenery, but there are some artefacts from post-processing - posterization around the sun and halos around the trees.
