Hello Rob,
In my LP guide for Poland printed in 2012 the number of dwarfs in Wroclaw is said to be "over 150", so city people must have been busy the last several years adding new ones. I took a few photos but mainly of other persons taking photos of the dwarfs. I appreciate your photos more than my own. Children having fun are always more interesting than adult tourists. You show us two charming pictures of small people and even smaller sculptures and a fascinating collage of amusing 'gnomes'.

There are very nice views of the park and the pond in the WS too, but this sharp and clear reflection is the most original composition. The effect is enhanced by the calm water that didn't create even the slightest distortion.

This church has a very impressive interior. The paintings cover almost every part of the walls and the ceiling, and you captured them with very good exposure. The colours are clear and well saturated and look absolutely natural.

This church is older than the average of those many you have shown here. It is quite beautiful with the dark green ivy covering part of the well built stone fa蓷de. I would have used the clone stamp to delete the leaves on the right side, but otherwise it's a well taken photo and you handled the light perfectly.

This looks like it could have been somewhere in the area where I grew up: gentle hills, forests, lakes. In fact, all of Sweden (and Finland) is like a huge Lake District.

Your favourite anchor is well placed at a third and spreads its branches above the view of the lake and green hill. It also creates a fine pattern of shadows on the nearest ground. In spite of some clouds it looks like a very pleasant day in autumn. The light was good and well exposed and there are many fine tones of green.

It's sad to see these paintings in such bad condition, but their original beauty is still obvious. The photos are very clear and the colours are well saturated. But will this ever be restored? That would cost quite a lot of money, and Italy probably has thousands of art treasures regarded as more important.

If the present weather in Stockholm continues like today, we will soon have views like this. I don't immediately remember this church but I must have seen it. It is quite beautiful but it's the snow, especially on the trees, that make the view special. The colours and clarity turned out well despite the dull sky.

I have to admit I was a bit disappointed with your first photos from Zanzibar, but now they are getting very good. Nice colourful views of local people and some glimpses of their environment too. I am surprised to hear about the Masai men everywhere. It's a very long way from their traditional homes, and I can't remember seeing any on Zanzibar in 1994. They go for the tourist money.
