Hi Bartek,
The lens is made by Canon. The lens is 77mm EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM Autofocus. It really produces very sharp pictures even at its widest focal length. This lens is a true wide-angle without being a fish-eye and provides a wonderful perspective through the viewfinder. It's a great landscape lens.
The only negative part is the price. US dollars about $780.00 :(
