Thanks Ian. Yes I'm staying safe so far. For once NSW is faring worse than Victoria. Hopefully this wave will pass through quickly and then die down. Just hope the hospitals can cope with the fallout.

I took the photo at 73 mm zoom, in other words with almost no telephoto. This is how it looks in real life - the peak is 2400 metres above me, and 4 km away horizontally.
