I only reduced the dpi, but the glare I think was because to my left was a large shiney crome container that caused this from far left to right.

well spoted..... It was a concrete lamp post right in front of me that I cleared off, as for the sky it was the smoke from the vocano top that had a unwanted loud yellow tint to it
