2X rules. I always shoot with the 2 on my 120-300 f2,8. I shoot anyway most things, animasls & birds on F8.
The sunse is lensflare, the light from the sun rebounds inside the lens...

Tell me about the diffculties, I shoot macros with 600 mm. A constant pain but one day, an 180 mm macro will change that. Yoiu can prefocus the lens too, and then move your body, and the camera...
