To auldal: Snow in Portugal

I love the high verticals of the trees here and the glimpses of contrasting reds in the road signs. There is such an air of brightness about the scene as well.

I really didn't associate snow with Portugal, even though I'm well aware of it in neighbouring Spain.

Usualy it snows only in a few mountains and some interior regions. This photo depicts an unusual winter
