Hi Len,
Liked one or two of your other train pic's.
But this one is just a little bit different.
Perhaps the background, or just that bend in the line.
Taken at Ludlow !
That's strange. I always though it was just 40 miles south of us with its excellent castle

To posternpete: Mojave Desert

Actually this location is about 12 miles east of Ludlow CA. I referred to Ludlow since it is the nearest town. Not a lot of towns or cities in the desert.
