You know Baku is very wealthy city in history science and interesting places. the first University of region and first finance center of region (Grand Bazar and...) in history opened in this city.

Azerbaijan is not a wealthy oil or petroleum country but have a good progress in technology science humanization and business and is leader of region.
will not true if we think Baku is oil city!! or is similar Gulf countries or cities! all regions of Azerbaijan have balance progress and they are not focus on one city. i see this issue
