To EstudioChispa: colors of Il Porto/Puppy

Hi Russ:
Colors & textures are courtesy of Gianni Menichetti, artist/poet who keeps his Pavilion in artistic shape. Some years ago, I made a 2-hour video to accompany the translation of a book he had written (my wife translated it for him, free of charge). Wow... What a beautiful place and what an interesting character! The gas lamp is a nice connecting image. Gianni appears to be a classic artiste -- driven, different, iconoclastic -- and the art is wonderful, especially the stuff that depicts all the animals, both wild ones and (I presume) pets.

As "one good link deserves another," let me share a look at our favorite piece of wilderness -- not nearly as lush as Il Porto, but dear to us: Baja.

Running time is twenty minutes, which I know is hard to find in our busy world, but hopefully the editing will make it seem less than that. I haven't counted the images I was able to include, but a TrekEarth's rate of one per day, there's probably a Year's worth!
