Where in Sogn&Fjordane is this taken? I REALLY like what you've done to create such an impressing photo!
How lon the shutter time?

peco, sorry, its not sogn og fjordane, my mistake...
its nordland and more precisly Skjerstadfjorden near small town called Rognan
i change it and add GPS location

clouds shape is not due to shutter time, its after corretion of fish-eye lens pesrspective
