Nice shot Jason! As you say, the sky's probably the most significant element and it's very nice indeed. Whether it counts as negative space, I'm not so sure. I think on balance probably not - there's too much going on, and to me negative space is empty, not full of things to attract the eye.

If this were mine, I'd be tempted to correct the image distortion a bit - use Distort/LensCorrection Rotate: 0.3蚓W, lens correction pincushion +5, vertical correction -25. That'll straighten out the horizon and pull the bridge tower vertical once again. I might also be tempted to run Shadow/Highlight to boost the foreground brightness a little.

If the beach goes right under the bridge I think I'd have been tempted to have it a more significant part of the scene perhaps? I think wide angle was the right choice, but I'd like the bridge to be more prominent in the composition. Of course compo is subjective anyway - we all have our own styles at the end of the day.

Nicely captured :D

Default To AdrianW: Thanks!

Yeah I totally agree with you and I really really appreciate the very very detailed response. I took this very early on in my days in Korea. It was one of those shots that I didn't think about but just took without regards for anything.

I really like the fact that you paid so much attention to this shot. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much!
