Dear Avishek,
This is a nice and typical post from the tea gardens up from Jhalong near Samsing. These areas look so different from the tea gardens down below, as they are up by 400 mtrs on a flatter land compared to those below. The artifact of the moving car is just visible in the foreground (left) but still this is a good shot.
I managed a few shots coming down from the car in early October when I was around these places... you can find in my gallery. But this season, it must be even gorgeous with a bright sky and chill around.
Ciao,
Arnab

Hi Arnab,
I already enjoyed your beautiful snaps of these places. Your tea garden series (specially of Mirik) is a treat to watch. Yes, the clear blue sky is just awesome with the lush green valley meeting with it in the distant horizon. Enjoyed the rip to its fullest with the with the calm and serene beauty of Suntaleykhola, the gorgeous Rocky island. Hope you won't envy us sitting in distant Italy.:) Regards Avishek |

Yes, envying you totally. :p
Actually, I am coming home for 4 weeks in 2 days time, and once I thought if I could make a trip to Dooars this christmas, only to find that my favorite Murti lodge is fully booked :( But I have plans to shoot on 3 weekends I get, mostly in and around Kolkata. Ciao, Arnab |
