Thanks, George. Your sharpening does help the pic - I should have done it myself before posting. But, you see, the incredible thing about that special atmosphere of the late August afternoon was the steel-coloured sky of the original. Retouching colours removes that impression. Wasn't I there I wouldn't mind it, but I was :-)

Yes I know what you mean...and you are right in a way...Sometimes we really love what our eyes are look at but it is not working in the photo. I wish if one day somebody will invent a camera with the quality of human eyes;-)... Best regards George |
