Hey,
I love HDR photography ... it opens up so many new possibilities. Instead of taking 5 shots at different exposures I usually use a single RAW file that I then use to create 5 images at different exposures. That way the wind, the waves and other movements of objects or people don't matter when it comes to aligning the photos. However, you can't do this with Photoshop CS2 because Photoshop won't allow you to merge these shots (because the exif data is the same for all shots). That's why I use Photomatix to merge and tonemap the shots and then process the resulting HDR picture in Photoshop. Take care, Natasha |
