nice to see that the rikshaws are now also entering the streets of NY :) Good effect with the moving cam!
Although I like the frame, you better do not use it again, it's not allowed on TE! (on TL it is), and if the moderators will find it, it will be removed - including with the critiques people wrote.
About your note, the EXIF data are helpful, but it is possible to show it on the left, it would be more helpful if you explain what technique you used when taking the photo and post processing.

Hi David, I don't understand your explanation of why the TE moderators will remove this picture if they find it. I include and address of one of the members of TE 'Bombilla" he took a similar shot to this one and his picture was not removed. Agreed with you about the EXIF data. There are more members with frames like this, you're completely right . . . but . . . the force is growing. I mean, in the past there was almost no moderation, now things are changing by the week and one day they could decide to remove these frames, I know from the past these were not allowed, but that was 3 years ago when good old Adam was still running this place. Anyway, good to know it's still here :) because it's a good shot, others will learn from it, I learned about NY, a city I will finally visit after these elections, I hope:)
