Liked one or two of your other train pic's.
But this one is just a little bit different.
Perhaps the background, or just that bend in the line.
Taken at Ludlow !
That's strange. I always though it was just 40 miles south of us with its excellent castle

TQ for your comments....believe me - the lion did seem very contented sitting there, and not so 'threatening'....I find this particular expression less common among the shots on lions....
I have taken my fellow TE members' comments on the lack of sharpness in the pic, and posted an edited version to the workshop...it is sharper, and better than the earlier one, I think.. Cheers, May
