just I stayed two days in Palermo, I went to Sicily twice because it seems, the ideal Erasmus destination and many friends were there, Sicily is wonderful, especially the food and gelato are the best! Palermo is a bit chaotic but I love Italy! My next trip, I would to visit THE TOSCANA!!! but I don't know when...

la Toscana è bellissima, ma se vai in Toscana, devi vedere anche l'Umbria.
Solitamente si visitano insieme. L'umbria è tutta medievale. Bellissima.
