Great kasianowak 2021-06-13 5:44

Hi Gert
I can't remember if we did anything to celebrate when I graduated from the high school and became a "student", which in Polish means the same as in Swedish, as Malgo has already explained. How do you pronounce it? We say "stoodent".
| like this scene, the way the people seem to have frozen in anticipation, the cobbles and the splashes of colour.
Once again, enjoy your day.
Kasia

Default To kasianowak: pronunciation

Hello Kasia,
Thank you for your comments and for the mail. The "u" is pronounced in a way that only Swedes (and maybe Norwegians and Danes) could ever learn. The stress is on the second syllable, stu-DENT. ;-)
Have a nice evening,
Gert
