Great russte 2006-05-10 5:48

Hi Jose Antonio, all the best photos combine a few simple elements. This really is minimalist and works very well. The absolute stillness of the river, apart from the ripple created by the fisherman, and the composition of the fisherman himself, makes a great photo. The weak colours of his clothes also work better than if he was in complete silhouette. I agree with 'fallan' that the reed is distracting but it could be cloned away in PP (OK in the TL rules if not the TE rules. . . :-) ). Very nice. Stephen

Default To smash2707: Close up photo

Hi Yvonne,
Sorry that I almost slipped on your question. Unfortunately I didn't manage to go near the grotto to take a picture of the Virgin. It was nearly going high tide that I got afraid I might slip and soak my camera. I promise to take a photo of her on my next visit. =)

Regards,
Che
