It is like a scene of an old western movie. Good choice to take it in black and white; it creates more nostaly. Greetings.

To cpaton: ND Filters
Hi Colin - I've been thinking the same thing and will have to do some reading up on what to get. I'd really like to improve my landscapes and need to be more controlled. ie use a tripod (which I do sometimes) and use filters! Thanks for you comments. Best wishes Rosemary
