Great angelsimon 2007-03-27 13:57

Hi Jurijs. A great shot. A very good compsition, and good example of night exposure. I like above all the color of the water that is wonderful. Perhaps i had done it with f:22 or more to take a more long time of exposure and get more smoothness on the texture of water. But so like yuo present it us is very nice.

Hello, angelsimon!
Thanks for attention and comment.
About use of f22 for night city shooting I'm careful, because sometimes closed diaphragm makes stars from point-like lights. Sometimes I like such effect, but sometimes it is not desired. Honestly I don't remember exact values of exposure (I used films with records of shooting parameters), but ususally for night shots of architecture I use f8..f16 and exposure time adjust according desired effects maden by moving objects. There I have maden several shots with different exposures and the best use for post processing.
BR, Jurij
