Why yoy didnt try f/13 or more to get the star effect of the artidicial lights?

To isabela_sor: Traffic is the answer
Basically I couldn't afford to stay there more than 2 seconds, cause the traffic there is devilish, always full of vehicles, I had to wait for a long time to obtain an almost free of vehicles street shot.
