I must say b&w suits very well desert-scapes and that's one of them.

The play of light and the feeling of depth are nice.

Hello,
Great composition with the patterns on the sand taking the eye up through the picture between the boulders. The black base and sky the suits this well by holding the picture together with the centre of attention on the rippling sand. Great use of b/w.

Bonjour Patrick,

Il n'y a pas � dire, le noir et blanc apporte vraiment quelque chose � ces photos du d廥ert. Je reviens juste d'un trek en Egypte, et quand j'aurai tri� mes photos, je tenterai certainement un tel traitement sur certaines.
Ici, la composition est excellente : la langue de sable forme une jolie courbe qui fait serpenter le regard dans la photo.

Hello Patrick,one of the reasons I enjoy TE so much is that sometimes you can come across someones images that excite and stimulate,I think that have found such a person after viewing your fine gallery. I find this, your latest image, to be presented to the highest standard,excellent POV and of course BW works perfectly.

Encore une bien belle photo d'Alg廨ie. Je trouve ta gestion du N&B parfaite aussi bien au niveau de la lumi鋨e que du contraste. Et bien vu ce cadrage vertical.
