Photographer's Note

Hi to everyone,
I'm back from my african expedition, full of memories in my head and some in pictures.

Among all the great moments of my trip, the village of Lô, in the south of the Burkina-Faso.
To loacte it, Lô is a group of 8 villages (Lô-Pouri, Lô-Moulinia...), a few km on the east of Tiebele (the famous royal huts). We are 30 km on the east of Pô, next to the border with the Ghana.

The humanitarian raid I belong to stoped to Lô 'cause it's twined with Villemoustaussou, a small town next to Carcassonne where I live. This municipality works on Lô from decades ; it has built here the school in particular.
We came here to give some school stationeries. Then, to thanks us, there was a big and long ceremony. All the pupils (more than 600) were here, running to welcome us.

I was in the middle of them and I made some portraits among the crowd. Long photo session, they didn't want to stop.
Nice smiles and a very great moment !
