Welcome to TrekEarth. I like the point of view of this - it's quite humbling and gives a great idea of the scale of these carvings.
Disappointing to see that people have carved their names into the stone. But then it's a tangible reminder of how many generations of people must have stood where you stood, and marvelled at what they saw.
