Photographer's Note
Smoking sheesha and sipping coffee in the ahwa - Egyptian traditional coffeehouse - is the way many egyptians spend their time.
This frame was shot in a tiny ahwa downtown Cairo.

Hi Andrey. An interesting black and white photograph as from the good old days. The subject photographed in the classic style like it very much. Regards, wolfgang.

Hi Andrey,
I like this style, it stood out for me in your gallery. There is classic style with the sepia tones and the dress and posture of the smoker. There is a contrast here, which we see in many cities, the well-dressed manin comfort, the poorer man shines the shoes. Almost like a colonial relic. It is a very intersting shot as it provides a contrast and gives us the opportunity to think about the image.
Regards
Justin

Hi Andrey
This is good shot showing local culture and their daily life, very genuine look in bw. well dressed man with sisha and the cobbler, two contrasting characters perfectly positoned in the frame inviting viewers to hover around these two. Fine capture, good vision and creativity! Well done Andrey. Thks for sharing.
Best regards
