Photographer's Note

This photo is part of a series of few images entitled "Shadow theatre" and 7 have already been posted here.
This place was the wall of the consulate of France at the foot of the famous Koutoubia mosque and it don't exist since the consulate has moved.

This photo is dedicated to Diane (Clio) and Karine (KLB), which were banned from TE yesterday for a month because they have supported Marine (Eversmile), also banned.
Diane and Karine can't post and respond to you on TE now.
I don't understand this decision of the moderators and I don't know if I'll continue to post here ...

Cette image est d嶮i嶪 � Diane ( Clio ) et Karine ( KLB ) qui ont 彋� bannies hier pour un mois de Trekearth pour avoir soutenue Marine ( Evrsmile ) , elle aussi bannie.
Diane et Karine ne peuvent plus poster, ni vous r廧ondre sur TE.
Je ne comprend pas cette d嶰ision des mod廨ateurs et je ne sais si je vais continuer � poster ici...

J'adore la simplicit� de cette photo, les teintes ocre-orange et la balance entre la lanterne � gauche et les personnages � droite. La seconde personne en blanc ajoute un contraste saisissant et attire imm嶮iatement l'oeil avec cette impression de mouvement bien rendue.

Bonjour Patrice,

Quelle beaut� que ces deux femmes devant ce mur.
La beaut� de cette image est � la hauteur pour saluer le talent de Diane et de Karine.
Il faut saluer le talent sur TE qui est vraiment du cot� des photographes.

Loved your portray of light and shadow. So bright and so colorful. Loved the way you have composed the shot keeping the photograph. Very inspiring photograph for newbies like me. TFS and this goes to my list of favorites.

Superb use of colour and shadow. Simple but enormously effective. The bright orange also conveys the warmth that I am sure was present there in April. A+

Une simplicit� attirante. On dirait le temps s'est arret�. L'unique suggestion que j'aimerais faire serait d'ajouter une tonalit� progressive afin d'幨iminer la surexposition sur la dame en blanc.

Cette photo m'a fait penser a une tres belle photo, qui, par hasard, appartient a Karine (KLB).

Je ne suis pas au courant de la raison de leur exclusion, mais, j'espere que les vrais couleurs de TE retournent vite. :-)

I dont blame you at all for wanting to photograph and post these images.
the shadow is superb, and the contrasting white attire to the right is a perfect match to the wall colour

I'll visit Morocco soon...I need to discover such place, an ideal stage for shots. Good idea, nice colors and composition.
Have you got any suggestion for the visiti of Marrakech?

Image with strong impact! timely captured at late golden hour producing awesome long shadows, fine shades and textures that enhance the visual effect to the scene. The contrast between the figs and dominance color is stunning! Excellent framing and pov, focal of interests are perfectly placed giving the sense of dynamism. Superb clarity, exposure, and sharpness throughout. And excellent color saturation. My compliments, a high quality image. Congrats.

like i have stressed, whatever you do dont delete your galleries, there might be a surge of emotions and anger but it is not the best way of getting back at the mods, i think didier made a big mistake and he definitely wont feel good about it. i feel just sad that he made this outrageous decision..
