Considered as an artwork, the result is quite good and appealing. According to my personal taste I do not like such exagerate post production. I don't know what your goal was. As I said, if you just wanted to do an interesting artwork, and not strictly a photograph, you succeded quite well.

Too much, too bad... the picture was certainly very nice but the post treatment is exagerated.
