I like it very much.
This circular thing (momument?) showing us the boats, forming an horizontal stack.
You have caught the moment between movement and immobility.
I would maybe consider a crop removing water at the bottom, and the ball. I am not really sure of it,since it will also remove the reflexion.

Very interesting! I'd keep the composition just as it is, with the reflection it works very well. The colors of the day ending are very nice, and the sculpture (?) on the left is a real plus with its soft round forms and the purity of the design.
