another one for the meet lovers...

This time in full colors, including the WSs:

WS1 - less cropped version.
WS2 - another shot of the man adding more coal to the fire.

To be honest, I can't decide which one I like more.

(note from the previous post):

Asados in the weekend fair of Mataderos. I rarely eat meat but I always like to taste the local food when I'm travelling. This was the best meat I tasted in Argentina.

Asados, the local answer to the barbecue, are inseperable from Argentinidad. These meat-roasting rituals are prepared with the utmost pride and devoured in a carnivorous bliss.

The weekend gaucho fair in the barrio of Mataderos (about 8km SW of Buenos Aires downtown) offers the unforgettable sight od dashingly dressed horsemen galloping through the city streets, as well as provides an authentic brew of regional cooking and live folk music. I had the luck of catching the first weekend fair of the season.

I looked toward both WS's, I find your WS perhaps better than your first picture.
I prefer these two pictures.
Sharpness and clarity are superb
You have a very nice picture made.
Perspective and composition are nice for look at.

mais uma vez vc usou a fuma蓷 para fazer a compo mais bonita.esta foto est� mais bonita que as do WS, no entanto aquelas eram mais informativas.belo uso da luz e do enquadramento.n緌 experimentei churrasco na argentina, eles costumam colocar mi滛os do animal para assar e eu n緌 imagino tal coisa no meu prato, muitas vezes acabo n緌 experimentando os pratos do lugar com medo de vir algo intrag嫛el.
PS- acho que agora os f鏎uns j� est緌 funcionando, mas as mensagens mais velhas, enviadas logo depois da mudan蓷, n緌 abrem

I'm hungry and after writing this critique I will go and cook us a Chinese dinner - steamed duck (I bought in the super market ready made), but the rest is home made - Chinese clear mushroom soup, green leaves on garlic, pork sesame with lettuce, mushrooms and tomotots ... wanna join us?

Excellent shot with the grilled meat and the smoke of the charcoal fire ... the expression of the hungry man is great. Well done

I do not know what TE did, but messages do not work, so I have to combine critique with reply. The place is strange that's the main issue I have with the resort and then next restaurant or roadside eatery is at least 30 minutes by car away

A foto causa impacto, com a forma da carne bem real蓷da sobre o fundo de fuma蓷. 茭imo efeito. Tenho duas fotos sobre carne em Buenos Aires, � uma paix緌 nacional (brasileira e argentina). Muito bom o seu registro.

These guys really like their meat!! I think this version has the strongest impact - I love the light on the meat and the knife, and the shadows are equally dramatic - but the other 2 shots are also excellent and make a good series when all combined.

esta nueva toma en color del hombre que se encarga del asado es buena, tiene mucha vitalidad y nos da apetito.....
Me gusta el efecto del humo bajo esta luz del sol que ilumina la escena y crea unas bonitas sombras sobre el hombre.

It seems we are there.
I prefer WS1 for the composition as the context is easier to understand and also hot pixels noise are a bit more hidden.

Hi Ric,
something for meet lovers, so for me :)). I still remember the taste of the beefsteak in Calafate... I think I like most WS2. There are nice rays there. And I like also the view of the wondserful steaks on the grill. Veeery tasty photo.

Hello Ricardo,

A beautiful light on these aromas which rise in the air and which emphasize well this beautiful piece of meat, just like on the complementary photographs. I already had my breakfast but here is a new photograph which puts in appetite. Beautiful atmosphere and good management of the photographic parameters which are not obvious under these conditions.
