Photographer's Note
The National Slavery Museum is situated inside a chapel denominated "Big House Chapel" found on the "Morro da Cruz", on the road from Luanda to Kwanza.
Luanda served as the center of a large slave trade to Brazil from c.1550 to 1836. Slave trade was mostly with the Portuguese colony of Brazil; Brazilian ships were the most numerous in the ports of Luanda and Benguela
The slave trade was abolished in 1836.
In the Workshop it's a view from the museum, where several people were trying to catch some fish.

Hello Maria,
interesting POV, with the man in the foreground! Good composition. The only problem is the quality of the photo (it's less than 70kb!) No wonder that the quality suffered due to the file size.. :(
best regards,
Elena
