Eglise a 彋� d幨abr嶪 en 1469, puis reconstruite d嶵ut XVIe si鋃le. Le porche date de cette 廧oque et les vo壻es du ch崬r portent la date 1584 ou 1589. Le clocher est reconstruit en 1729. Les ouvertures sont refaites au XIXe si鋃le.

Hi Philippe, you chose well the time of day to photograph this old church. The colourful sky makes a perfect back drop. My only suggestion to tilt the image slightly counter-clockwise as the church seems to be leaning slightly to the left. cheers, Steve

it allows for the tall trees that are reaching for the heavens to show their power as well, fine fine shot with this lighting too. darkened and subdued. cheers

Love the impressive view point of this wonderful church in such gorgeous colours, What glorious late evening lighting and sky you've got! I love the balanced layout where the architectural design is so eye popping framed by the pretty trees. It's a straight winning formula when all the right elements blends harmoniously. This beautiful old church would have looked good in any kind of photo, but it's the colours of the sky and the silhouettes of the tall trees that make this remarkable. It's a well taken photo and a fascinating view.

Les arbres cadrent bien l'嶲lise. La prise de vue permet de voir une double perspective de l'architecture de l'嶲lise Saint-Denis. Le lever ou le coucher de soleil donne de belles couleurs au ciel. Bonne journ嶪.

This is a really beautiful photograph!
The church is interesting in its shape and is strongly placed within the frame, accessed by the very useful curved path.

The sky, with warm amber colours, makes an atmospheric backcloth.
