The Prangin Mall in Penang is the Mecca for pirated movies and computer software.

It was during Chinese New years celebrations and in full decorations around the Island.

Penang Island is certainly our favourite place in Malaysia.

This shot was also in dim light and I used ISO 1,600 with an acceptable image quality

Hello Michel again,
I like your shot here not because of the piracy exposure but the way you exploit the red cloth decoration. Such a good composition, though i have seen it and did not give my attention to it.
Nice composition and the view is in its details and clarity.
Yes, it is the haven for pirated cd.
Dont know why things are so difficult to stop.
